Client Sued for $20,000,000- Successful defense!

Our Orange County business client was sued for more than $20,000,000 by a Silicon Valley based company for alleged violations involving trade secrets and patent issues relating to a computer software source code. Our client had done nothing wrong and explained to us that the true motive behind the lawsuit was to try and shut it down as a major competitor of the plaintiff. If our client lost this lawsuit, it would forever put it out of business. We weren’t going to let that happen.
