Speaking at PILMMA in Texas

This past week, Lisa and I had the opportunity to travel to Texas to attend the 2015 PILMMA Super Summit. The event was focused on helping lawyers improve their business and marketing skills in order to serve clients better. I gave the closing speech at the conference and participated on an Internet Q&A panel.

Our takeaways from the event included several different things relating to law, marketing and relationships. While listening to the other speakers and watching the audience, I was both reminded and impressed how much lawyers care, and how hard they work, to improve the level of service to help clients. I wish more consumers knew and appreciated the time and effort good lawyers put into honoring their craft and helping consumers.

It was an honor to be part of the conference, and we both look forward to sharing ideas and insights at future events.
