Police Misconduct- Officer Ray Tensing Charged with Murder

Another police officer overreacts. According to prosecutor Joe Deters, UC police officer Ray Tensing’s body camera video clearly shows that Tensing committed “murder” when he shot and killed Sam Dubose, an unarmed black motorist at a traffic stop. The situation escalated after Dubose was unable to produce a driver’s license.

Subsequent reports indicate the police report subsequently filed by Tensing and his partner contained false statements about what happened.
