Obviously there’s no set formula for becoming a lawyer and helping people harmed by the wrongdoing of others. However, based upon almost 3 decades of practicing law and representing injured Orange County consumers, here’s our take on what it takes for a lawyer to be the very best at helping those harmed by the wrongdoing of others.
Professionals who are good at what they do have a strong educational foundation. Lawyers are no different. By the time a lawyer graduates from law school and passes the bar, he or she has dedicated almost 20 years of their life obtaining the necessary education.
In law school, students are taught many things including the Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence, Torts and Trial Advocacy. Those law school students who understand these rules, laws and approaches, especially the unique nuances of each, are usually the ones who have the necessary foundation to become proficient Orange County personal injury lawyers. They’re the ones who know the ins and outs of the evidence code and procedure during the litigation and trial process in the real world.
Excellent California personal injury and Orange County wrongful death lawyers know the law, procedure and evidence code like the back of their hands.
