Meet Appellate Specialist, Donna Bader!

Donna Bader is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law. Since 1980, she has practiced exclusively in the area of civil appeals and writs, with an emphasis on medical and legal malpractice, and personal injury law. “As an appellate attorney, I frequently deal with clients after their trial is over. As a result, I discover all sorts of things about trial attorneys, including how their clients view them. This year Mitch Jackson and I worked together on a major appeal.
